How can I track my order?
After we ship your order out, an email titled "A shipment from order #xxxxxx is on the way" will be sent to the email that you used when placing your order with tracking information.

Refunds & Exchanges
30-day GUARANTEE: If you are not satisifed with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item for an immediate full refund!
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We replace items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@ActiveMount.com with pictures of the damaged items within 30 days of receipt of the products.
After you receive the item, we will send you a return postage sticker that you can use to return the product to us. We will then send you a replacement, if available. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
